Triggers can include:

- Certain foods: chocolate, cheeses, yogurt, nuts, MSG, nitrates and nitrites (hot dogs, bacon, sausage, lunch meats) and caffeine
- Glaring or flickering lights
- Weather changes
Increased Risk Factors include:
- Family History of Migraines
- Smoking
