Toni Santiago, MS, PA-C, with over 28 years experience, 18 years of which are specialized experience in Allergy & Immunology, joined NY Allergy & Sinus Centers in 2008. She brings both clinical excellence and personal passion to the field. She began her career in General Surgery, but her professional path shifted when her own children were diagnosed with anaphylactic food allergies. That life-changing experience ignited her commitment to allergy medicine, where she has since dedicated herself to helping patients manage everything from food allergies and asthma to environmental sensitivities and immunologic conditions.

In addition to her clinical practice, Toni has served as an adjunct professor in several respected Physician Assistant programs, including St. Vincent’s Medical Center, Pace University – Lenox Hill Hospital, and Touro College School of Health Sciences. Her teaching and mentoring reflect her belief in lifelong learning and maintaining high standards of care. Known for her deep empathy, thoroughness, and real-world insight, Toni is especially attuned to the concerns of parents and families navigating allergic conditions. She continues to provide patient-centered, evidence-based care — always with the sincerity and compassion of someone who truly understands.

Everyone that works here is incredibly kind, attentive, and considerate. You will feel very welcome when you walk in. I was seen by Toni Santiago and I couldn't be happier. Toni is the most thorough medical professional i've ever seen. She is kind. Thoughtful. Caring. Smart. She actually stayed with me and listened to everything I had to say. She never rushed me. I was able to remember extra questions because of her attention to detail. I've seen allergists before but they never tested me as much as Toni did. Toni was able to get to the bottom of my allergic reaction, as well as find out 3 allergens I had no idea I had. I will be starting allergy shots later in the month. Toni was even able to make a connection with my chronic migraines and allergies. I'm very hopeful to see if they are able to help in the future. Toni will check your vitals, ask questions about everything in your life that may be important. You can tell how much she cares about her patients and it means so much to me. I've had my share of bad doctors in the past. Toni is wonderful, I honestly wish she could be my primary! Please don't hesitate to book the appointment. Not only is she insanely intelligent but she is also such an incredible person and genuinely cares for each of her patients. I truly never leave reviews, but my experience with Toni warrants this and more. She spent so much time really listening to me and my experience with hives that I really have been suffering from for the past five months. She looked through my photos, asked detailed questions, sincerely was interested in helping me find an answer to this terrible condition. She offered me a wonderful treatment regimen and for the first time since this started has given me hope that I wont have to live with this forever. From the moment I walked in the ladies at the front desk were so warm and welcoming. My son is shy but he warmed up to them immediately. Toni was also great with him.
